TO LUBRICATE
If the PUSH PLATE doesn’t slide freely, lubricate the GUIDE RODS with mineral oil or a food grade lubricant. Do not use cooking oil; it can get sticky!
TO REPLACE BLADES
1. Place BLADE AND HOLDER ASSEMBLY on a table with the sharp side of the BLADES down.
2. Remove the MACHINE SCREWS and the BLADE RETAINERS.
3. Remove the existing BLADES and install new with the sharp side down. Install the BLADES with the slots on the dull side first.
4. Reassemble the BLADE RETAINERS and the MACHINE SCREWS
