The meat grinder, whether manual or electric, cleaning is a must, if you make your own sausages or, like fresh ground burgers. Cleaning the utensils, especially inside, is crucial. All traces of meat must be removed to prevent dangerous bacteria and smells. It is safe from the forming grinder for future use.
